Giles Daoust is an award-winning filmmaker based in Brussels and Los Angeles.

Born in 1979 in Brussels, he graduated in 2003 from Solvay Business School.

In 2003, Giles Daoust founded the film production company Title Films (now Title Media) with Golden Globe Winner Alain Berliner (director of My Life in Pink) and financier Serge Peffer.

Giles works as a music producer for films and live shows. With a library of over 100.000 tracks, Giles also offers music supervision and music consulting services.

As a writer, director and producer, Giles Daoust has worked with several prominent filmmakers and companies, including Lionsgate (Saw, Mad Men, Kickass), Gavin Polone (producer of Panic Room, Zombieland), Pierre David (producer of Videodrome, Scanners), Pascal Duquenne (Cannes Best Actor Winner for The Eight Day) and Cinemavault Releasing.

Giles has written and directed 3 feature films: Last Night on Earth (2004), The Room (2006) and Artefacts (2008), which have been released in over 40 countries, and garnered over 20 film festival selections (including Hollywood Film Festival and Brussels Intl. Fantastic Film Festival).

Giles has been writing screenplays and novels since age 16, and also works as a writer for hire. He has won several awards for his screenplays.
